SUBSCRIBER TICKET EXCHANGES
As a subscriber, you may exchange tickets once
during the first six weeks of each show. You must call or fax to notify the box
office of an exchange at least 24 hours prior to your ticketed performance. In
addition, the box office must receive your tickets - by mail, messenger, or in
person - before your tickets can be exchanged for another date. You can also fax
a photocopy of your tickets to (212) 399-4115.
We try to keep these rules
as simple as possible. They are designed to ensure that we do not issue tickets
to two parties for the same seat. We require the 24 hour notice to allow us time
to re-book the seats. There are always other subscribers with schedule conflicts
looking for good seats at the last minute. If you contact us on the day of the
performance, or if you fail to contact us at all, those seats will go empty.
Finally, if you fail to contact us before your ticketed date, we will
try to accommodate you on a stand-by basis for another performance. For
the above reasons, if you call on the day of the performance or after
the performance, we can no longer process an exchange with confirmed reservations.
The box office will do everything possible to recommend a good date for
you to try, and to find seats for you upon arrival.
Further, please remember guest tickets are
not exchangeable, and subscriber tickets cannot be exchanged as a tax-deductible
donation without the 24-hour notice outlined above.
Please know we will do everything in our power to seat our subscribers,
and we understand conflicts often pop up at the last minute. Anytime you
have a question regarding an exchange, please do not hesitate to call
our Subscriber Office at (212) 541-4516.
As always, we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
GUEST TICKETS
Subscribers
are welcome to purchase extra tickets (limit 4) at a discount rate during the
first seven weeks of the show. Additional tickets may be purchased at the full
price rate. Guest tickets are NOT exchangeable/refundable.
SPECIAL SEATING NEEDS
If you have special seating needs, please call
Subscriber Services directly to arrange your reservations. The house management
staff needs advance notice to accommodate patrons with special needs, including
those who must remain in a wheelchair throughout the performance and those who
attend with a seeing-eye dog.
To borrow one of our 30 infrared assisted-listening devices, please arrive early! The headsets are available at the concessions counter in the cafe on a first come, first served basis. Large-print programs are also available on request in the cafe.
Thank you.
